1) What are the requirements for renting a car?

Age Requirement: Drivers must be 25 years of age or older to rent a car. Young drivers under 25 should reach out to us before proceeding with the rental process.

Driver's License: A valid driver's license is a must for renting a car. If your license is not in English or utilizes a non-Roman alphabet, it is advisable to obtain an international driving permit (IDP) as a supplementary document.

Booking Reservation: We highly recommend reserving your desired vehicle in advance through our website to ensure availability. Please provide accurate information, including your contact details, pick-up and drop-off locations, as well as the rental duration, for a seamless booking experience.

2) Are there any additional charges for picking up or dropping off the car at the airport, or are these included in the rental pricing?

Our pricing includes complimentary airport delivery and collection services, conveniently situated near the Larnaca Airport entrance. For any pickups or drop-offs scheduled outside our regular working hours (23:00 to 07:00), a surcharge may apply.

3) Do you provide meet-and-greet services at Larnaca Airport?

We provide attentive flight monitoring and await your arrival outside the Larnaca Airport Arrivals Hall, offering a prompt service before taxis. Kindly remember to contact us once you're ready to meet.

4) Can I add an extra driver to my rental agreement?

The cost of the first additional driver is already covered within the rental car price and you can add an extra driver if you like.

5) Do you offer car delivery to addresses outside the Larnaca area?

While our car delivery service extends beyond Larnaca area, additional fees may be applicable. Feel free to get in touch with us to inquire about the delivery/collection charges for various regions across Cyprus.

6) Can I rent a car with a debit card instead of a credit card?

Absolutely, we accept both Debit and Credit Cards for car rentals. However, it's essential to ensure that your account has sufficient funds to cover the rental cost and any potential excess charges.

7) Can the rented car accommodate my luggage?

While we can furnish you with the car boot dimensions, we cannot guarantee that all your luggage will fit perfectly inside the rented car. The available space varies based on the car model and the amount of luggage you have, making it a subjective aspect that requires individual assessment.

8) Are you operational on holidays if I arrive in Cyprus during a holiday?

We take pride in our round-the-clock operation, ensuring that we're always available to provide you with the car you require, no matter the hour or day. However, kindly be aware that during non-working hours (23:00 to 07:00), additional fees will be applicable for both rental car delivery and pick-up services. 9) How do I confirm my reservation with your company?

After making your online reservation, you can expect to receive a final confirmation via email within 12 hours. Please keep in mind that AS Andreou Car Rental's operating hours are from 07:00 to 23:00.

10) Are there any restrictions on driving in the northern side of Cyprus with your rental cars?

AS Andreou Car Rentals Ltd does not permit driving on the southern side of Cyprus.

11) Can you generate an invoice for my rental to be sent to my company?

Certainly, we can provide a tailored invoice for your company's needs, ensuring a seamless billing process.

12) How do you handle vehicle deliveries/pickups from the airport?

The delivery and pickup of the car will take place at the arrivals and departures area, respectively.

13) Can you deliver the car to my hotel or specific address in Larnaca?

The rental price includes complimentary delivery to Larnaca Airport, all Larnaca Hotels, or any address within Larnaca.

14) In the event of a flight delay, what should I do?
